This town offers original gastronomic attractions related to Roman culture and oil. Above all, highlights “The Pleasures of the Roman Table” where you can taste the Roman cuisine enlivened by theatrical performances of the time. The other essential element of its cuisine is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Priego de Córdoba Denomination of Origin. Some dishes that can be tasted in this locality are: the soup of maimones, the orange soaking, the adobillo of potatoes, the salmorejo, the green beans overhúsa, the migas with chorizo​… The most characteristic desserts are: the fried milk, the rice with milk, the porridge of toasted flour and almonds.
